Rich spearheads the delivery
of our information technology services as President of
our Information Technology affiliate — My Technology
Group, Inc. (MTG) — a full-service consulting firm
specializing in the full range of Microsoft solutions
and database applications, Linux operating system, Unix
based applications and mainframe solutions. My Technology
Group is a certified Virginia SWAM Vendor (Small Business,
Woman owner and Minority owned business). With more than
thirty-five years in the business, Richard has challenged
himself by working in positions of increasing responsibility
in various industries and government organizations. He
has worked extensively in finance, banking, retail, no-profits,
healthcare, manufacturing, construction, Federal, State
and Local governments. His clients have described him
and the MTG organization as one that quickly identifies
the business needs and initiates solutions utilizing current
and emerging technology to support business objectives.
MTG is an organization that is known as people who are
innovators, conceptual visionaries, educators and people
of high integrity that go above and beyond requirements
to achieve success. MTG's exposure to a wide range of
organizational environments allows them the ability to
provide our non-profit clients with both historical and
technological perspective in evaluating their business
needs and initiating solutions.
Richard resides in Richmond,
Virginia with his wife Nancy. They are the proud parents
of four grown children. He was a former member on the
Board of Directors for Richmond's Chapter of Meals on
Wheels and is affiliated with the Richmond Technology
Council and the Venture Forum of Richmond. Richard is
a long-standing member of his church choir. He also plays
the drums for the Herb Stone Big Band Orchestra. Rich
is a graduate Wayne State University.
